Passports will be accepted between 1000 to 1400 hrs. All
Applicants / Travel Agents must make a written entry in
the register by 1330 hrs. to be served the same day. Group
Applicants may take appointment for Saturdays by phone.
The Application Center will be closed for lunch for 1 hour
between 1400 to 1500 hrs. During this hour, the phones
will be on an answering machine. Thank you.
To apply Visa directly to the Embassy you will need a
previous appointment by calling the telephone number
41293006, Mondays to Thursdays, from 9.30 to 11.00 a.m.
This category will be handled exclusively at the Spanish
Embassy, where the applicant will have to go personally to
submit their applications as well as receive all
notifications, denials and passports.
Visa Fees applicable for various types of visa are listed
in the table below. Processing time, 7 to 10 working days
or more for Short Stay Visa.

Please Note:
The IVS Visa Application Center, will be collecting this
Visa FEE in form of a Bank Draft in favor of Embassy of
Spain, New Delhi. This Fee is Non Refundable. The
applicable Visa Fee in Indian Rupees is as per the current
exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
There is a non refundable Service Charge of Rs.510/-
(inclusive of Service Tax of 12.24%) by IVS. This must be
paid cash or in form of a Draft per applicant over and
above the Visa Fees. This Bank Draft must be payable in
New Delhi favoring 'IVS Visa Application Center'.
Courier Charges:
All Passports will be couriered back through Blue Dart at
the cost of Rs. 200/-. This cost will include 12.24%
Service Tax, 2% is Educational Cess on Service Tax, Sec. &
Higher Edu. Cess @ 1.00% and 62.50%
Fuel Surcharge. Fuel surcharge is variable. The objective
is to save several trips, to save man-hours and fuel and
the snarls of Delhi Traffic. The Draft must be payable in
New Delhi favoring IVS Visa Application Center or can be
paid cash.
Optional Facilities:
We are pleased to offer the option of purchasing the Bank
Drafts at the IVS Visa Application Center in New Delhi for
a nominal fee of Rs.100/- (inclusive of service tax) per
applicant. We are also offering the mandatory Travel
Insurance at a service charge of Rs. 100/- by TATA AIG &
Bajaj Allianz.
