General of Spain in Mumbai: Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Andhra
Pradesh, Karanataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa plus Daman & Diu and all
other states can apply to the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi.
